In a nutshell, I am a mom of two, a wife, a daughter, a friend, an athlete, an office manager, a problem solver and an eternal optimist. I love to travel, golf, run, lift heavy-ish things, laugh until I cry, and help others.
I have a Personal Training Diploma and have been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer for over 4 years. A few years ago I took a keen interest in all things postpartum and obtained my Pregnancy & Postpartum Exercise Specialization.
Why do I focus on postpartum?
Pretty simple really. Apart from the fact that I find our bodies absolutely fascinating
(as most in the fitness industry do), I made a lot of uneducated choices after having my first baby that resulted in pelvic floor issues and a much longer recovery. I simply want to help and educate you to safely rebuild your body.
