You know what they say, postpartum is forever! This assessment is for everyone, whether you are 6 weeks or 16 years (or more...) postpartum.
In this session we will complete a physical assessment for muscle balance, strength, diastasis recti (ab separation), discuss your goals and make a game plan for how we are going to succeed!

Servicing those located in the NW (and some SW) of YYC, my mobile in-person program allows us to check-in face to face and provide hands on assessments and technique tweaks.
Not in the area or would prefer socially distanced training? No problem!

Full postpartum assessment & goal setting session*.
One 1:1 workout and progress check-in per week.
2 personalized at-home workouts for the week delivered to you online with video demonstrations for each exercise.
Coaching and accountability check-ins for your home workouts.
I work with you to set you up for success - we'll design your upcoming week around your schedule, stress, sleep, and progress.
